The Republican standard bearer has created an entire new politics of insult.
Republicans
will never again be able to claim the high ground of good manners. Good
manners after all are just a little too politically correct for them.
No "pardon me", or "please and thank you" for them. Their self righteous
victim hood will not allow common everyday decency.
